Your Farm Hand, Grandma Willow, keeps your fields busy. You tell her which crops you want in the barn and how many, and she plants and harvests on free fields until each stock target is reached.
Setting her up
- Open Farm → Upgrades and tap the Farm Hands card.
- Pick up to 3 crops. The list is top to bottom: she fills the first crop before the next one.
- Set a stock target for each. All targets together can be at most 60.
- Activate her with a Helper Potion or diamonds.

Time you buy adds up. When an activation runs out, she forgets her crop list next time unless you choose to keep your settings.
While you are away
She keeps working when the game is closed. When you come back, she catches up on up to 4 hours of work: she harvests what would have grown in that time on your free fields, and stops at each target or when the barn is full. Catch-up harvests give no XP and no rare drops.
She sits idle when no crop is chosen, when all targets are met, when the barn is full or when no field is free. The status line on her card tells you which.
Helper Potions
You get 3 Helper Potions at Level 19 and one more every 10 levels after that (29, 39, 49
and so on). They also drop from 
Sanctuary animals, and the Platinum League pays two. The
same potions activate 
Young Finn, who looks after your animals.
Tip: Leave a few fields free for her. She only plants on empty fields, so a farm full of your own crops gives her nothing to do.
